Brain Fitness Program and Seniors

Do you want to know ways to improve your memory as you age?  I have read that learning a new skill like playing an instrument or learning a new language is very helpful in slowing the aging process of the brain.  Recently, UCLA did research that showed that seniors who REGULARLY used a brain fitness program on a computer “demonstrated significantly improved memory and language skills”.  It proves what we all know- if you don’t use it, you loose it.  That is true of every aspect of your health and body.  I’d love to know the name of the game the seniors used.
